1.Process description
Compression transmission and distribution of natural gas refers to the natural gas is compressed to 20~25MPa after purification, loaded into high pressure cylinders and transported to the use site by car, and then sent to the gas supply pipeline network after multi-stage heat exchange, pressure regulation, metering and deodorization by compressed natural gas pressure regulating station.
The high-pressure natural gas in CNG skid-loaded vehicle passes through the gas unloading device and first enters the heat exchange and pressure regulating system. After two heat exchanges and two-stage (or three-stage) pressure regulation in the heat exchange and pressure regulating system, it enters the metering system and odorous system and is directly transported to the urban gas pipeline. According to the CNG station pressure regulation mechanism can be divided into two levels of pressure regulation and three levels of pressure regulation mode.
2.the main components
Unloading system, heat exchange, pressure regulating system, flow metering system, automatic control system, heating system, odour system.
3.the main use
It can be used in gas supply of small and medium-sized industry, such as town community, large dining hall and so on.
